Jarrett and Sweetie are happy to be in the new house.

Jarrett, Sweetie and John spend the first night in the new house sprawled in the empty living room.

Of course, Jarrett thinks he did all the moving and deserves a break. This is when John orders a pizza and wires up the stereo.
